We offer two basic packages of IT support then any combination of services can be added or taken away and quoted for exactly. At Andgate Systems we are mindful of budges too so we will always offer you the best service at a competitive price. Our process begins with a free onsite IT health check allowing you, and one of our experts, to discuss any concerns you have with your existing IT. Billed monthly on 12-month contracts, we think our support packages offer outstanding levels of cover and peace of mine for a small price. Below are the IT support packages we offer:

IT support +
• Designed for small to medium enterprises
• Remote support via telephone and online
• Server back-up and performance monitored online
• Fitting of new equipment purchased through ourselves
• Monthly scheduled engineer visit
• Structured engineer call-outs per month
• Guaranteed response time

We also offer Remote IT support for those instances when you have a small, time-critical issue or just need some advice, we have IT telephone support. This has also been highly successful for businesses in London who want the reassurance of expert support without paying London rates! Support can be provided for desktops, laptops, servers, and networks during core business hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours service can also be offered as part of your IT package. However, if you have a more complex business critical or if an onsite visit will only work, a team of qualified technicians will be ready to take care of everything and get you back up and running. Whether installing planned new hardware items or fixing a technical problem we can do it. Our onsite IT support covers our core London and surrounding areas marketplace, meaning we can arrive quickly and fix issues efficiently. Support can be provided for desktops, laptops, servers, and networks during core business hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
